TechDreams provides you web services with the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or registering for our Services from TechDreams you agree to follow our terms and conditions. If you are not willing to accept our terms and conditions, do not use out services.

  1. We will not accept illegal content, copy content, porn content or any other data which violate Google’s terms and conditions.
  2. We do not give website if site has any dummy pages, phishing content, tease user’s script, misuse site content or spam content.
  3. We will put reference link of our site in every page in website.
  4. We will terminate your site temporary if you will not pay hosting, domain name or any other charges. After 2-3 months you also lose your site domain name.
  5. We will terminate your site temporary if any harmful, dummy script or phishing content uploaded or any spam activity from site.
  6.  We will terminate your site temporary if your site uses a high CPU usage of servers.
  7. You have to pay extra charges of hosting if you are using to much CPU usage.
  8. You must have to put contact email on site and also you have to check mail regularly.
  9. All 3rd Party Business Names, Logo's, Trademarks used in this site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and have been used here just to demonstrate our skill set and/or area of expertise.
  10. TechDreams does not hold any responsibility for system related problems that user may face while browsing or downloading any contents or material from the site.
  11. We will take extra charges if you want to change your site content or design after site completed.
  12. We will not responsible for data loss during editing website content by you in dynamic website. You can use weekly/monthly backup for backup your site.
  13. We are using various designs for websites so your site design is not unique. May be this design used in anther website. If you want unique and different design then it costs extra charges of design.
  14. Payment will not be refunded if development or site is terminated at any time.
  15. Source code and content of your site will not be provided. Content and code ownerships solely remains with us. you will not be provided either.
  16. TechDreams cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
  17. A deposit of 35% is required with any standard project and 50% for database driven projects before any design work will be carried out. This figure may be higher for websites of an adult nature and is non-refundable.
